Policies

  1. I request 2 hours notice per hour of massage for cancellation anything less is responsible for the appointment cost. NO EXCEPTIONS


  2. No further appointments will be made until past due amounts are cleared
  3. Insurance clients are responsible for the session cost. I am happy to bill insurance, but you are ultimately responsible for the bill.


  4. Insurance clients are responsible for the session cost if they no show (Insurance Does not pay for you to set and appointment and not show up).


  5. In the instance that you are late for an appointment you will be charged the amount of the session and given the balance of the hour.


  6. This being said "Real emergencies are understandable and will be accommodated."
